Dormer or roofline?

There are two basic types of loft conversion: roofline and dormer, and we’re experts in both. As you might expect roofline uses Velux-type windows that sit flush with the roof. A dormer loft conversion involves a little more building, but gives you valuable extra space. You could be surprised by how little the difference in cost between the two can be.
